Legal
General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and deliveries made through the Fleurs de Lou online shop. By using our website and placing an order, you accept these GTC.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the order process on our website and receives an order confirmation by email from Fleurs de Lou . By placing the order, the customer declares bindingly that he or she wishes to purchase the ordered goods.
3. Prices and payment terms
All prices on our website include VAT and any delivery costs. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Twint or bank transfer. Fleurs de Lou reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods.
4th delivery
We only deliver our products within Switzerland. Delivery costs and times are indicated on our website. Orders received by 5:00 p.m. on working days are usually delivered the next working day. Fleurs de Lou accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third parties (e.g. delivery services).
5. Right of withdrawal
Since our products are perishable goods (flowers), there is no right of cancellation under the Distance Selling Act. Orders can only be cancelled if this is done before the order is processed. Orders that have been processed once cannot be returned.
6. Complaints and Defects
If the flowers delivered are damaged or of poor quality, the customer must report this immediately, but no later than within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints should be sent by email to info@fleursdelou.ch, with a photo of the damaged goods and a description of the defect. After our inspection, we will offer either a replacement delivery or a refund.
7. Liability
Fleurs de Lou is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. No liability is accepted for slight negligence and damages caused by third parties (e.g. delivery services).
8. Data Protection
The personal data required for business transactions will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the order (e.g. delivery services). You can find further information in our [privacy policy].
9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Fleurs de Lou, unless mandatory legal provisions conflict with this.
10. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Changes and additions to the Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
