You can easily order through our website. Choose your desired flowers, enter the delivery address and complete the order. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Twint and bank transfer. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change or cancellation.
Delivery
We deliver flowers throughout Switzerland. Just enter the delivery address and we'll take care of the rest.
Orders received by 5:00 p.m. on working days are usually delivered the next working day.
Orders are usually delivered from Tuesday to Saturday, if possible.
Yes, you can choose a preferred delivery date. However, an exact time guarantee is not always possible.

We guarantee that all our flowers are freshly cut and only prepared for shipping after you have placed your order. This way we can ensure that the flowers arrive in the best quality.
No, we do not offer individual mono bouquets. Instead, you can choose from two to three different sizes for each type of flower, which we have carefully put together for you.
If the flowers are damaged upon delivery or do not meet our quality standards, please notify us within 24 hours with a photo of the flowers. We will either send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.
gift vouchers
Yes, we offer gift vouchers in various denominations. You can purchase them directly on our website and email them to the recipient as a gift.
During the checkout process you have the opportunity to enter the voucher code. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from your total.

Since flowers are a perishable product, they cannot be returned. However, if there are any problems with quality or delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. We will find a satisfactory solution for you.
For complaints, please send us an email to info@fleursdelou.ch with a photo of the flowers and a description of the problem. We will offer you a replacement or refund.
